Senior QA Engineer
You’ll take an eye for visual and functional perfection and claim final responsibility for product fidelity across all digital deliverables.
We’re looking for a seasoned, meticulous quality assurance engineer to spearhead and diversify our testing practices and protocols. You’ll work on the full breadth of product deliverables, from transaction-heavy, enterprise-level website builds with strict business requirements, to engagement-driven, immersive digital experiences.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all products undergo an appropriately rigorous battery of tests—including cross-browser QA, performance optimization, regression testing, and functional compliance testing. Key Duties
- Create test plans based on product specification and project objectives with project leaders and perform tests as the product nears release.
- For all deliverables, determine and delegate testing methodology, considering internal and external resources and project budgets.
- Ability to rationalize and communicate the relative priority of test cases in view of project business objectives.
- Work diligently with the development team to create and implement scripted solutions for functional, cross-browser compliance, and regression testing.
Must Have
- 3+ years of professional QA experience in an agency environment
- Ability to identify both visual and functional defects compared to initial creative designs as well as consistency among different browsers and devices
- Experience working with agency personnel resources as well as external testing facilities
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices
- Familiarity with JIRA and other industry-standard issue reporting tool
